Reached there at 9.45am + , saw JEFF .

As expected , KEEFE and DARRION were already there waiting impatiently =x lols

FIRSTly , did some warm up and jog for 22mins . PERSPIRING like mad .. lols

ARZI and HAMKA left at 11 plus .
We all left the gym at 12 plus .
